Concept Design
A functional home concept design based on your value aligned brief and site conditions. Includes advice regarding healthy and energy efficient design and construction. Ensures you get the fundamentals right for your specific needs and location.
Site Concept Design
A site assessment and masterplan to determine the best location for your house. A landscape masterplan can also be provided in collaboration with Denmark Garden Design to determine the best location for your house, garden and the relationship between the two.
Comprehensive Design
Comprehensive home design package including concept, planning approval and building approval drawings. The entire process will be guided by your brief and site and our values. Option to receive a preliminary and final NATHERS energy assessment. NOTE: This service is only available in Denmark WA and surrounding areas.

NOTE: Holistic home concept review and holistic home concept design services are offered Australia wide. Drawings and guidelines can be taken to a local building professional to be developed into detailed documentation for council approval and construction. PDF and CAD drawings will be provided and every effort will be made to ensure information is seamlessly delivered to any other professionals you may choose to work with.
